Shipping and Returns


Shipping is free on all orders over $250.

WITHIN AUS: We ship express Australia-wide, insured with a signature required. Delivery to most areas takes 1-3 days. Remote areas may take longer. We'll advise you via email when your item has been dispatched and provide you with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL: International deliveries are sent via Fedex. Delivery takes 4-5 days to most international capital cities, however this can vary between locations. Customs clearance may add to shipping times. We'll advise you via email when your item has been dispatched and provide you with a tracking number.

Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or free shipping. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. If you refuse a shipment, any shipping or associated charges arising from the return of the goods to us will be deducted from your refund amount.


We go to every length to ensure you're happy with your Vanrycke purchase, and so we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges if you change your mind. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense and we cannot provide a refund or exchange until the original item is received and inspected, so we recommend a trackable, secure method.

If you'd like to return or exchange a piece of jewellery, the items must be unworn, in original packaging, undamaged and unaltered. Any items that show signs of wear, or are not in their original packaging, unfortunately are unable to be credited and will be returned to you. Please contact us within 7 days at with your order details, and your reason for return. If you believe your item to be faulty, please send photos and a description of the fault.

Due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund pierced earrings.

With regard to ring sizing, it’s the customers obligation to ensure they order the correct ring size. Check out our ring sizing guide, or order a ring sizer.


All items are individually quality checked both in Paris and Australia, but on the very rare occasion, there may be a fault. If this happens, please contact us within 3 days at send us photos of the item, your proof of purchase details and name and address. Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received & inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) - If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first double check your bank account. Then contact your card company / bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven't received your refund after 10 days, please contact us at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased & shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 1562 Healesville Victoria AU 3777. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your item becomes damaged, we can arrange a repair for you. Each repair needs to be assessed and is generally sent to Paris, taking 2-6 weeks. Repairs usually incur a cost, which is determined on assessment of the damage. Please email through a picture and description of the damage to, and we'll advise from there.


Vanrycke rings are sized to the European sizing system, which relates to the internal circumference of the ring in millimeters.
